This light and bright vacation rental condo is welcoming and family-friendly. Decorated in a coastal chic style with beachy colors, it is a true vacationer's paradise.

Enter into the foyer and you are immediately greeted by the wall of windows in the large, open floorplan living area. The living room is spacious and offers comfortable furnishings, including a queen sleeper sofa, twin sleep chair, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and a large, flat-screen TV.  The floor-to-ceiling oceanfront sliders open to the oversized oceanfront balcony with direct ocean views, a dining table with high top (best for optimal ocean viewing) seating for 3. There are additional chairs for enjoying the sunset skies. Awake with morning coffee to the sound of waves, or unwind each day with a sip at sunset. This is the best space in the unit!

The fully-equipped kitchen is part of the open living space and has granite countertops, updated appliances, and is well-stocked with everything needed for preparing daily meals. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with high-top seating for 2 and an adjacent dining area with seating for 6. 

The unit features a common hall bathroom that has a full-size tub/shower combo and is utilized by the twin bunk beds, which are also found in this hallway. 

Just off the hall is the spacious master bedroom. This room features a queen size sleigh bed, carpeted flooring, black-out shades, wall-mounted flat-panel TV, closet, dresser, and private bathroom featuring tub/shower combo. The tub is an oversized garden tub, perfect for soaking. Both bathrooms have wall-mounted hair dryers. 

The unit has cable TV, high-speed wifi, and a washer and dryer in unit.

The resort has many amenities including 3 pools. The oceanside pool is heated and cooled seasonally and is open year-round. The courtyard pool is heated until the very cold weather hits. The rooftop pool is not heated. The oceanside pool features a communal hot tub. The resort offers an arcade, fitness center, apparel and gift shop, Starbucks, a tiki bar, a sky bar, a pizza and ice cream cafe and garage parking. There is even shuffleboard, oversized chess, ping pong, billiards, hot shot basketball and corn hole by the courtyard pool. 

Panama City Beach has many amazing attractions and restaurants! Nearby Pier Park is a shopping and attraction mecca, and is just about a mile down Front Beach Rd.
